This comprehensive office fit-out project transformed a shell space into a cutting-edge corporate headquarters for a leading tech company. The design prioritizes collaboration while providing quiet zones for focused work. The 3,500 sqft space now features an impressive reception area with custom millwork, open-plan workstations with premium acoustic treatments, three fully-equipped meeting rooms with video conferencing capabilities, and a breakout area with a full kitchen. Special attention was paid to acoustic treatment, ensuring meetings can happen without disruption. The electrical work included extensive data cabling, UPS systems, and sophisticated lighting control. Premium carpet tiles and vinyl flooring delineate different zones throughout the space.
