Links To Links provides interior renovation and maintenance services in the UAE, including but not limited to painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, AC cleaning, demolition, and general maintenance. All services are subject to availability and our standard terms and conditions.

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on actual site conditions, material costs, and scope modifications. Final pricing will be confirmed in the signed contract before work commences.

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit to commence work, with remaining payments due at agreed milestones. All payments should be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods.

Project timelines are estimates based on initial assessments. Actual completion times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, material availability, or scope changes. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

We provide a 2-year warranty on workmanship for all completed projects. This warranty covers defects in craftsmanship but does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Links To Links shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
