A prestigious Dubai Marina penthouse underwent a transformative renovation, creating an ultra-modern living space worthy of its spectacular views. The project scope included restructuring the open-plan living area, complete electrical rewiring for smart home integration, and installation of motorized blinds and lighting systems. The design concept focused on maximizing natural light while creating distinct zones for living, dining, and entertainment. Custom millwork throughout provides seamless storage solutions, while the kitchen features Gaggenau appliances and a wine storage room. All bathrooms were upgraded with Hansgrohe fixtures, heated flooring, and custom vanities. The master suite includes a walk-in closet with automated lighting and a spa-inspired bathroom with a freestanding tub overlooking the marina.
